Where does the Baptism of The Holy Spirit come from? He wants to fill your life with His Holy Spirit so you can be a witness of His love and power. This connection of becoming one is what God wants. When you see someone being healed, it has nothing to do with the person who is praying for him/her it is all the power of The Holy Spirit flowing through that person. Now, you by yourself can’t really do much, but The Holy Spirit of God through you can do mighty miracles. You become filled, saturated with The Holy Spirit until it covers every part of your being and you become one with The Holy Spirit of God. The baptism of The Holy Spirit is the same thing. On a regular water baptism, your body immerses in the water for an instant, the water covers your whole being. Let me give you an example so you can understand better.
